Ichicoro Ramen is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights with a primary focus of serving Japanese food and beverages inspired by the various ramenya and izakaya of the lively streets of New York and Tokyo. Izakayas are casual bar experiences that serve alcoholic beverages, typically sake, as well as small plates, while a ramenya is focused on purely ramen. We serve ramen, rice bowls, and small plates. Our goal is to provide stylish and fun experiences to people bored of the same generic restaurants and bars.

Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food-inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. At our full liquor bar, we also offer unique craft cocktails including some Soju-based concoctions, beer towers, and cocktails on draft.

The Corners Pizza is a fast-casual dining concept focusing on Detroit-style pizza. This style of pizza is square with a thick crust that is crispy and chewy. Unlike most other pizza styles that layer the sauce between crust and cheese, with Detroit-style pizza the cheese goes directly on the dough before being cooked and hot tomato sauce is poured on top of the melted cheese along with any other toppings before serving. This, along with the characteristic crispy “frico” crust make Detroit pizza truly unique.

3 Corners Pizza is a NYC-style Pizzeria. This style of pizza is made with a large, hand-tossed crust that is thick and crisp along the edge yet soft and thin enough beneath its toppings to fold and eat, bringing a slice of NYC through thoughtful design and feel. 3 Corners is all about high energy and good times made simple through delicious food, tasty beverages, and attentive service!

Super Duper Spot is a new smash burger concept located in Lakeland, Florida, devoted to producing the best burgers, juiciest chicken sandwiches, crispiest crinkle-cut fries, and more. Our food is based on influences from some of America’s favorite hamburger spots with personal touches from Noel Cruz and Branden Lenz to make it super unique and delicious.
